Key collection was smooth and hassle-free. The location was central and convenient for walking into the city centre. Private parking was a great advantage.

The flat was uncomfortably hot and lacked proper ventilation. The beds were not as advertised, being doubles instead of 7ft beds.

I always come back to this place because it's perfect for me. The staff is helpful, and they even helped me with some tech issues on my first stay. With free Wi-Fi, parking, and a flat-screen TV, it has everything I need. Can't wait to come back for my holiday.

Stayed for three nights to explore and attend a gig at the O2 Arena. The apartment has a modern and relaxing feel despite its location slightly out of the city center. Conveniently close to amenities and within walking distance to town. The apartment itself was neat, clean, and quiet. Property management was responsive to minor concerns raised. a satisfying stay and planning to return.
